RN-BS Program of Study

Overview Application Requirements Programs Home

Develop the leader in you.

The RN - BS program consists of four semesters of web-based coursework that can be completed within a flexible schedule convenient to the student, and three on-campus intensive sessions. In addition, students work in partnership with local organizations, to prepare for the important leadership role of working with and mentoring other staff and incorporate the principles of cultural competence in the care of elders and the supervision of culturally diverse workers. Students plan and implement a quality improvement or organizational change project as their capstone project as a way of demonstrating their leadership skills and potential.
